Common problems
The app will not open
Close it all the way — swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then swipe the app off the top — and open it again. If that does not do it, restart the phone. If it still will not open, delete it and install it again. Your purchase is not lost; Restore Purchases brings it back at no cost.
No sound
Check the ring switch on the side of the phone, then the volume while the app is open. If headphones or a speaker are connected over Bluetooth, the sound is going there instead. A Focus or Do Not Disturb setting can also silence it. The app only ever plays recorded audio — it never uses the microphone.
Getting your purchase back on a new phone
Open the app, go to the unlock screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Apple restores it at no cost, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Deleting the app and everything it kept
Press and hold the app icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App. Everything it stored goes with it, because everything it stored was on your phone. There is no account for us to close and nothing of yours sitting on a server.
A refund
Refunds go through Apple, because Apple takes every payment. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Lullaby Words and choose Request a refund. If Apple turns it down and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will tell you what we can do.
Is it really private
Yes. No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking, no microphone and no camera. Nothing leaves the phone. The whole privacy page is short and it says exactly that.
What it costs
One payment. No subscription, no renewal, and nothing else to buy once you own it.
Which languages
English, Spanish and Turkish. Every word has its own figure, and all 265 are spoken aloud in each one.
